any good caldo de res or caldo de pollo recipes out there?
i used to live in Mexico and my neighbor made a clear caldo that was just great its not very spicy cant sem to find the recipe on da net. any suggestions?

2-lbs beef shank sliced about 1-inch thick (bone-marrow and fat )
1-lb carrot,celery,italian or white squash,1 yellow onion, 4-cloves garlic,2-tomatos,1-med cabbage 1/4rd , you can also add chayote,raw-white turnip,and any other beef bone’s that you can get from the butcher ( for flavor ) consome will work ok , stew meat and bones till very tender adjust salt as needed, add all veggies and continue to cook ,DON’T STIR keep chunks of veggies whole as possible a lttle cilantro helps the balance.
